"Chenille It" Wallhanging or Pillow

Join Joleen to make a chenille wallhanging or pillow. This technique uses 4 identical panels to create a project that looks like you used chenille. In class Joleen will show you a few different patterns that can be used to achieve different looks for your finished project.


Supply List:
  • 4 identical panels
  • Double sided fusible batting
  • Backing that is 2"-3" larger than your panel
  • scissors
  • safty pins for basting or basting spray/glue
  • 90/14 needles
  • walking foot if you have one
  • chenille cutter - optinal, but does make the process easier
  • Thread to match your panel
  • Favorite ruler and rotary cutter
  • rest of your sewing basket
