HAVEL'S-2-in-1 Comfort Rotary and Chenille Cutter. This cutter is ideal for cutting multiple layers of fabric and paper and features a range of narrow to wide stitching channels for the faux chenille technique. The Safety Lock only exposes the blade when the button and trigger and pressed at the same time and the ergonomic grip makes cutting easy! This package contains one 28mm rotary cutter and four chenille slash guides: 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm. Measurements: 6x1-3/4 inches. CAUTION: Contains Sharp Blade. Handle with Care.
