Refund policy

Returns on Packaged Products: 

1. Unopened/Special Order - We accept returns on any unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days. Opened items will have a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is at your expense. 

2. Damaged - We accept returns on items that are damaged due to manufacturer defect and will either replace upon return of the damaged goods or refund the sale. 

3. Non-Returnable - We do not accept returns on fabric, batting, needles, books, magazines and patterns. 

4. In-Store - If returning in-store you must have your original receipt. All polices herein apply.

Pre-Orders: Refunds are subject to a 15% (minimum $5.00) processing fee to cover administrative costs.

Refused Packages: Any packages that are refused by the customer, we will refund eligible products with a 25% restocking fee, as long as the item is returned undamaged. Damaged product is non-refundable. Postage is not refundable. 

Sale Pricing: Sale prices are good for the dates and times of the sale only. We are unable to honor or adjust prices prior to or following a sale. You are also responsible for adding any advertised discount codes at the time of checkout. We are unable to discount once the purchase has processed. 

Special Events/Guest Instructor Classes/Retreats: Seats for special events, master classes, retreats, and visiting instructors are non-refundable. Seats may, however, be transferred to someone else. If you're unable to attend, please notify us immediately as we may have a waitlist. If not, it's the attendee's responsibility to find someone to take their spot.
