When it comes to machines, we have seen almost everything. While we love to work on the newest of the new, we understand that sometimes, you hold onto that older machine because, well, you still love it and it works for you.

We service and repair all makes and models, but we are specialists in the brands we carry. With our technicians all learning the latest tips and tricks from the industry leaders, we just get it done, right, the first time.

What to bring for service

Q. My Machine works just fine. I just need a service! What do i need to bring?

  • Sewing Machine
  • Foot Pedal
  • Power Cord 
  • Regular Sewing Foot (for straight stitch and zig-zag stitching)
  • Bobbin Case and a Bobbin

Q. I am having issues with my machine and it hasn't been serviced in a while. What do i do?

  • 90% of the problems are due to threading. Re-thread your top thread and and try again.
  • 5% of the problems are the bobbin thread not being in the tension correctly. Re-thread your bobbin and try again. Yo may need to try a new bobbin just to be sure. Also, make sure you have the right bobbin for the right machine!
  • 5% of the time, the issue is a simple as a new needle. Every quilt deserves a new needle so every 8 sewing hours, it is time to change yours!
  • If you are still having a problem with your sewing machine, include an example of the issue with the fabric and thread you were using (both top and bobbin). Also, include any accessory you may have been using when the problem happened.

Q. Do I need to bring my accessories or luggage?

  • You do not need to bring any accessories. We encourage you to use your luggage for transport when possible to keep your machine safe. We do not need your luggage when you check in your machine.

Q. What if my embroidery module isn't stitching quite as it should?

For issues with embroidery, we ask that you:

  • Bring your Embroidery Module
  • Sewing Machine
  • Bobbin and Bobbin Case
  • Embroidery foot
  • Hoop
  • Thread you are using
  • Example of the issue

Repair what we can

When you bring a machine in, we do everything we can to get it going. From servicing, to calling our dealer network, to going to the vendor, we will do all we can to get your machine sewing as close to new as we can.

We also use genuine parts from the retailer of choice and have access to most with the help of our service friends.

Sometimes, it's just time to upgrade
