Maintain your Longarm
- Replace needles every 2 to 4 hours (1 to 2 per large quilt)
- Lubricate bobbin hook every 3 to 4 hours of use. (Every bobbin change)
- Periodically check the thread tensioner.
- Use a brush (recommended) or canned air to clean out all lint, loose thread, or obstructions from the bobbin hook.
SERVICE Annually
- Recommended annually from a qualified HQ Retailer.
- Servicing will cover belt tensioning, encoder positioning, bearing retainers, hook axial play and timing, presser and needle-bar adjustment and internal lubrication to take-up lever, hopping foot levers, bushings/bearings.

Repair if needed
- Repairs should be performed by a qualified HQ Retailer.
- Repairs should be performed by trained and certified Service Centers using genuine Handi Quilter parts and advanced technical support.
