Register for your warranty

Maintain your Longarm

  • Replace needles every 2 to 4 hours (1 to 2 per large quilt)
  • Lubricate bobbin hook every 3 to 4 hours of use. (Every bobbin change)
  • Periodically check the thread tensioner.
  • Use a brush (recommended) or canned air to clean out all lint, loose thread, or obstructions from the bobbin hook.

SERVICE Annually

  • Recommended annually from a qualified HQ Retailer.
  • Servicing will cover belt tensioning, encoder positioning, bearing retainers, hook axial play and timing, presser and needle-bar adjustment and internal lubrication to take-up lever, hopping foot levers, bushings/bearings.
  • Drop off your machine at the shop or call us at 402-721-7752 for any questions or help.

Repair if needed

  • Repairs should be performed by a qualified HQ Retailer.
  • Repairs should be performed by trained and certified Service Centers using genuine Handi Quilter parts and advanced technical support.
  • We have over 20 years of experience with service and repair since the very beginning of Handi Quilter.
