How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships! You can also track it directly on our Track Your Order page.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days. If you need it sooner, we offer Express Shipping at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship globally. We recommend using DHL for your carrier choice.
Can I cancel a Pre-Order?
Yes, however, pre-order refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee (minimum $5.00) to cover administrative costs.
What happens if I refuse a delivery?
If a package is refused, eligible undamaged products will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. Please note that postage is non-refundable and damaged refused items cannot be refunded.
Can you adjust the price if I missed a sale?
Our sale prices are only valid for the specific dates and times advertised. We are unable to adjust prices for past or future purchases. Don't forget to apply your discount code at checkout, as we cannot apply discounts once the order has processed!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return for returnable items. Check our Return Policy for item specific information.
Is return shipping free?
We offer Free Exchanges! For full refunds, a $7.50 shipping fee is deducted from your total.
When will I get my money back?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your item. You’ll get an email the moment it’s done.
Can I return my order?
Unopened Items: We gladly accept returns on unopened items in original packaging within 30 days. Please note that return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Opened Items: Opened items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.er
Which items are Non-Returnable?
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fabric and Batting
- Needles
- Books, Magazines, and Patterns
- Sale Items (Prices are only valid during sale dates).
What if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive a product with a manufacturer defect, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund once the damaged goods are returned to us.
Can I return items in-store?
Yes! You can bring your return to our physical location. Please ensure you have your original receipt with you. All standard return policies apply.
Special Events & Classes
What is your policy for Classes and Retreats?
Seats for Special Events, Guest Instructor Classes, and Retreats are non-refundable.
I can’t attend my class. What are my options?
While we don't offer refunds, your seat is fully transferable! You are welcome to find someone to take your spot. Please notify us immediately, as we may have a waitlist of people eager to join.
