Services NOT covered under the LOSM include:
- Cosmetic damage that does not impact performance of the machine
- Lack of machine performance from abuse or accidents
- Damage to tablets or screens from abuse or accidents
- Bobbins, presser feet, needles and embroidery frames
- Consumables, tools and accessory items, including but not limited to: hoops, power cords, knives and knife assembly, rotary hooks, extra spool stand, feet (including dual feed and W+, which have electronic or moving parts) USB drives, and sensor pens
- Damaged parts or parts not regularly maintained or replaced as part of normal machine servicing, including but not limited to: main motor, belts, hook holder assembly, needle threaders
- Damage caused by non Baby Lock devices or software
