Nebraska Quilt Company is Nebraska's largest quilt shop, located at 330 North Main Street in historic downtown Fremont, NE. Our 20,000-square-foot store carries over 8,000 bolts of fabric, a full lineup of sewing and longarm quilting machines, notions, batting, patterns, and supplies. We offer in-store classes, retreats, longarm rental, machine service and repair, and ship orders nationwide. The shop was originally opened in 1996 as Country Traditions and became Nebraska Quilt Company in November 2021 under owners Loren and Karen Paquette.

Karen takes you from start to finish in this beginner quilting class that's great for all ages. You'll learn quilting basics - choosing fabrics, rotary cutting, piecing, quilting in the ditch and binding.

Class Fee is for instruction only. We will be selecting your fabrics for your project and you will get a 20% discount on fabrics for your project. Sign up with a friend or child/grandchild or come on your own and meet some new quilters like you.

Sewing Supply List is provided, but if you aren't sure what these things are, we will assist you on week one.
